Building community through programs, social activities, welcoming new neighbors and other creative initiatives
- Architecture — Chair: Michael Conway
Reviews and approves proposals for new structures or modifications to homeowners’ property
- IT – Chair: Michael Conway
Provides technical assistance for maintaining the website and IT needs
- Development – Chair: Ethan Fricklas
Facilitates and coordinates communication of the Board with outside entities involved in residential developments that may impact CG home owners’ health, safety, welfare and property.
- Beautification & Maintenance – Chair: Karyn Cho
Encourages homeowners to maintain the appearance of their homes and property and works on various maintenance projects with the help of other volunteers
- Common Area – Chair: Jenny Adams
Plans and executes capital and maintenance projects for our common area properties and common facilities.
