- Incorporated in 1987 as a non-profit corporation to run as a “Homeowner’s Association” (HOA)
- 81 homeowners make up our community and HOA membership
- We have a nine member HOA Board which holds meetings six times per year, and one annual meeting per year. These meetings are open to all members.
- There are many ways to get involved in our neighborhood through our board, committees and simply walking around!
- Our HOA common property includes a small park, picnic area, playground and neighborhood basketball court available to our residents and their guests.
- Dry Creek Trail can be accessed through the common area.
- Cedar Falls Community Park and trail are just a block away.
- A short walk will bring you to restaurants, a neighborhood bar and a little further down the road are two supermarkets and a variety of shops and restaurants.
- Monday is our Trash and Recycling collection day; Thursday is our Yard Waste collection day.
- Communications are via the CGHOA distribution list for official board business, NEXTDOOR.com to share information with your neighbors. We also have an opt-in list for other neighborhood news – contact president@chandlersgreen.com to be added to that list.
